To change the price of a state contract of small volume with a single supplier, you need to follow the general rules

The Finance Ministry reminded that the price is an essential condition of the contract. To change such conditions it is possible only in the cases established by the Federal Law № 44. This rule applies to contracts worth not more than 100 thousand rubles. with a single supplier.

The price of such contracts can be changed by agreement of the parties, in particular, if this is stipulated by the contract and the quantity of the goods increases by no more than 10% at the offer of the customer. The Office noted that it is also impossible to exceed the limits brought to the customer.
