The Ministry of Labor proposes to present to the participants of state procurement a new requirement

To participate in procurement, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs will have to comply with the quota for hiring disabled people. It will remain the same, and it will be possible to fulfill it in another way: by paying compensation to the fund for the employment of disabled people. Corresponding amendments to Part 1 of Art. 31 of the Federal Law No. 44-FZ of 05.04.2013 "On the Contract System in the Sphere of Procurement of Goods, Works, and Services for Ensuring State and Municipal Needs" is being discussed publicly.
