Scientific organizations were allowed to make purchases up to 400 thousand rubles under the Law № 44-FZ from a single supplier
The number of customers listed in the Federal law of April 5, 2013 № 44-FZ "on the contract system in the procurement of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs" includes state and municipal scientific organizations.
Recall, to make purchases in the amount not exceeding 400 thousand rubles., in accordance with this rule, the only supplier is also entitled to:
state and municipal cultural institutions, the statutory objectives of which are the preservation, use and promotion of cultural heritage;
state and municipal institutions – zoos, planetariums, parks of culture and recreation, nature reserves, Botanical gardens, national parks, natural parks, landscape parks, theaters, institutions engaged in concert activities, broadcasting institutions, circuses, museums, houses of culture, palaces of culture, clubs, libraries, archives;
state and municipal educational organizations, organizations for children-orphans and children left without parental care, which are placed under the supervision of the children-orphans and children left without parental care, physical culture and sports organizations.
At the same time, the annual volume of purchases that the customer is entitled to make on the basis of this norm is limited to 50% of the customer's SGOZ and should not exceed 20 million rubles.
The changes will come into force on November 11.
