Treasury reminded the control bodies in the field of procurement of the need to place in the UIS information on the results of inspections
The Department reports that the departments of the Federal Treasury for the subjects of the Russian Federation in 2017-2018 carried out inspections of 189 control bodies to monitor compliance with the Federal law of April 5, 2013 № 44-FZ "On the contract system in the procurement of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs" (hereinafter – the Law № 44-FZ). It was revealed over 400 violations of the control bodies of the provisions of part 21 of article 99 of the Law № 44-FZ, according to which in the UIS (in the register of complaints, planned and unscheduled inspections, decisions taken on them and issued instructions) shall be placed information on the conduct of inspections by internal financial control in accordance with part 8 of article 99 of the Law № 44-FZ. There are also cases of non-compliance with the terms of placement in the UIS of this information (about 700 violations), as well as cases of posting false information about the inspections (more than 40 cases).
In this regard, experts of the Federal Treasury indicate the need to place in the UIS information on the planned and unscheduled inspections, their results and issued instructions.
