The Finance Ministry explained what to do when the state customer is not supplied with the medicaments that is specified in the contract

According to the Law № 44-FZ, another medicaments can be taken from the supplier if its characteristics are improved. The institution considers that the state customer can independently decide which of medicaments have advantage.
