The Ministry of Finance reminded which state customers can conduct more purchases from a single supplier

This opportunity available for theaters, museums, cultural centers, libraries and other customers listed in Law №44-FZ.
The following institutions are entitled to conclude contracts with a single supplier in the following cases:
- the maximum price of the contract – 400 thousand rubles;
- The maximum contract price – 100 thousand rubles.
Herewith, it is necessary to observe the restrictions, which established by №44-FZ Law.
The Ministry of Economic Development voiced a similar opinion in 2015.
