They offer to set 80% of advance payments for public procurement of a number of industrial goods

The Ministry of industry and trade has developed a draft resolution with a list of machine tool products, for the purchase of which customers will be able to set in the contracts an advance of at least 80% of their amount, but no more than LBO.

Among other things, it includes products that have the following OKPD 2 codes:

- 25.73.30-other hand tools;
- 27.90.31.110-electric machines and equipment for soldering with soft and hard solder and welding;
- 28.41.2-lathes, boring and milling metal-cutting machines.

Such an advance will be possible if:

- in respect of purchased goods, a ban on admission was established by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation from 30.04.2020 N 616;
- the contract was signed in 2020.
