Expanded the conditions of construction state contracts, which can be changed due to unforeseen situations
If circumstances have arisen during the execution of a construction contract, due to which it cannot be fulfilled, then in 2022 a number of its conditions can be changed. For example, it is acceptable to adjust the amount of the advance.
Since August 2, due to the increase in the cost of construction resources, it is possible to increase the price of a state or municipal contract. At the same time, the scope and (or) types of work remain the same.
The adjustment is carried out in the order of changing the contract due to the rise in the cost of building materials. However, the requirement that it is possible within the LBO and does not increase the term of the contract or its price by more than 30% is not applied.
