Before February 1, do not forget to enter into the register of contracts information about changes in the Budget Classification Code, the Code of Target Expenditure Items, the Code of the Type of Expenditure
In the autumn of 2022, changes were made to the Rules for maintaining the register of Contracts approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 27.01.2022 N 60. Among other things, amendments to sub-item "b" of paragraph 15 of the Rules establish the obligation to enter into the register of contracts information about the changed Codes of the Budget Classification, Codes of Target Expenditure Items, Codes of the Type of Expenditure (in case of changes in these codes in accordance with budget legislation) no later than February 1 of the fiscal year in which these codes are to be applied.
And since January 1, 2023, a new Procedure for the formation and application of the Budget Classification Code, approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation of 24.05.2022 N 82n and new lists of the Budget Classification Code for 2023 and the planning period, approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation of 17.05.2022 N 75n, have just come into force. Significant changes have affected a number of codes. Check if you need to adjust the information about the Budget Classification Code in the contract registry - there is not much time left to make changes.
Please also note: information about budget classification codes is not a condition of the contract, but if they are included in the text of the contract, changes in this part are possible only by concluding an additional agreement to the contract.
