The State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan has joined the Union of Buyers of Russia
Today, on September 29, 2023, the State Duma of the Russian Federation is hosting the founding conference of the new all-Russian public organization "Union of Purchasers of Russia", which is attended by the Chairman of the State Committee Ruslan Sabirov.
It should be noted that since September 2023, the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan has been a member of the Union of Purchasers of Russia.
The public organization is not new and is being created through the reorganization of the All-Russian Public Organization "Guild of Domestic Buyers and Specialists in procurement and Sales". The organization was created to develop coordinated proposals on improving legislation and improving the efficiency of the procurement system, as well as in order to maintain healthy and fair competition.
The speakers at the conference are: Deputy Minister of Finance of Russia Alexey Lavrov; Deputy Head of the Federal Treasury Anna Katamadze; Head of the Department for Control of the placement of state Orders of the FAS of Russia Olga Gorbacheva.
Heads of authorized procurement bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, directors of state corporations and large procurement companies with state participation, representatives of local self-government bodies at the level of regional capitals responsible for procurement under the contract system were invited to the event.
