The RT State Committee on Procurement is located in Moscow and the Moscow region to exchange experience in the field of procurement
On March 22, in order to exchange experience and study the practices of the city of Moscow and the Moscow Region in the field of procurement, the RT State Committee for Procurement, represented by Chairman Ruslan Sabirov and Deputy Chairman Iskander Bagautdinov, met with Kirill Purtov, Head of the Moscow Department for Competition Policy, and with representatives of the Committee on Competition Policy of the Moscow Region and the Main Control Department of the Moscow Region.
The meeting discussed the specifics of the organization of the contract system in Moscow and the Moscow region, including the centralization and expertise of procurement, calculation of the initial price of the contract, the work of the interdepartmental commission, work in regional information systems, methodological work in the field of procurement.
The exchange of experience with other regions contributes to the dissemination of knowledge and achievements in the field of procurement, increases the efficiency and transparency of the procurement system.
