Department of State Procurements of the Republic of Tatarstan operates on the basis of:

Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan from 15.09.06 №469 «About formation of Department of State Procurements of the Republic of Tatarstan»

Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan from 09.10.2006 №506 «About introduction of changes to standing order about Department of State Procurements of the Republic of Tatarstan, that has ratified by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan from 15.09.06 №469 «About formation of Department of State Procurements of the Republic of Tatarstan»

Department of State Procurements of the Republic of Tatarstan is the state authority of executive

of the Republic of Tatarstan, that has authorized on exercise of the functions to provide (in conjunction with federal agency of executive, that regulates the contract system in direction of procurements of commodities, makings, services) of implementation public policy in direction of procurements of commodities, makings, services for the needs of the Republic of Tatarstan, organization of their monitoring, on methodological support of working of customers, that implement procurements for the needs of the Republic of Tatarstan and on the determination of purveyors (contractors, executors) for public customers and not-for-profit organizations in appliance with federal law from 05.04.2013 №44-FZ «About the contract system in direction of procurements of commodities, makings, services for procuring government and municipal needs» (item 1.1. of the standing order about Department of State Procurements of the Republic of Tatarstan).
