December 12, 2017 on the Day of the Constitution of the Russian Federation in the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on procurement will receive citizens in the all-Russian citizens reception day

December 12, 2017 from 12.00 to 20.00 hours, in accordance with the instruction of the President of the Russian Federation of April 26, 2013 No.Pr-936, the bodies of state power and local self-government are holding the All-Russian Day of Reception of Citizens.

In the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on procurement, the reception will be held at: Kazan, ul. Petersburg, etc. 86, 1 floor.

The competence of the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on procurement includes the solution of the following issues:

1. Implementation of measures to regulate the contract system in the procurement of goods (works, services) for the needs of customers of the Republic of Tatarstan;

2. ensuring the implementation of state policy in the sphere of procurement of goods (works, services) for the needs of customers of the Republic of Tatarstan;

3. Implementation of methodological support for the activities of customers of the Republic of Tatarstan, carrying out procurement to meet the needs of the Republic of Tatarstan;

4. implementation in the manner provided by Federal Law No. 44-FZ of April 5, 2013 "On the contract system in the procurement of goods, works, services to ensure state and municipal needs", the functions to identify suppliers (contractors, executors) for the purpose of concluding with them customers of the Republic of Tatarstan of state contracts, as well as other civil law contracts in any form;

5. the placement of procurement for the supply of certain types of goods, the performance of certain types of work, the provision of certain types of services for the needs of customers of the Republic of Tatarstan in accordance with the Detailed List of centrally purchased goods, ordered works and services for the needs of customers of the Republic of Tatarstan, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan from 08/28/2008 No. 615 (hereinafter - the Detailed List);

6. Placement of purchases for the supply of goods (works, services) (except for the supply of goods (works, services) in accordance with the Detailed List) for the needs of the customers of the Republic of Tatarstan, specified in the List of State Customers of the Republic of Tatarstan and budgetary institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan, for the needs which the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on procurement carries out functions to identify suppliers (contractors, performers);

7. Definition of suppliers (contractors, executors) on the basis of an agreement between the Republic of Tatarstan and the municipal entity for municipal customers, municipal budgetary institutions;

8. joint competitions and auctions in accordance with the law;

9. Increasing the effectiveness of planning and spending of the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan, extra-budgetary sources of financing and funds of the budgetary institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan (regardless of the sources of financial security) for the procurement of goods (works, services) for the needs of customers of the Republic of Tatarstan;

10. Inventory, standardization, optimization of the needs of customers of the Republic of Tatarstan and their subordinate institutions (if any) in goods, works and services;

11. Developing fair competition, transparency and transparency in the procurement of goods (works, services) for the needs of the Republic of Tatarstan, ensuring the rights and legitimate interests of participants in procurement procedures for goods (works, services).
