Request for quotations for 44-FZ: the application does not have data on compliance with uniform requirements, it must be accepted

In the opinion of the state body, it is wrong to reject the quotation application only because it does not contain a declaration of compliance with the requirements provided for in §§ 3-10, part 1 of Art. 31 of Law N 44-FZ.

The conclusion is justified by the fact that this law contains an exhaustive list of documents that are submitted as part of the quotation bid. Among them, this declaration is not mentioned.

Accordingly, it is also wrong to require this declaration in the notice of the request for quotations.
