Approved regulations of departmental control over public procurement of individual legal entities
According to the order of the Ministry of Finance of Russia the specified control will be exercised by means of exit and documentary checks. They will be carried out in accordance with the plan of departmental control for the next calendar year, approved by the Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation or his Deputy, no later than December 20 this year. In the course of this control will be checked, in particular, compliance with the rule on the date before which the budget institutions, Autonomous institutions, unitary enterprises will be required to amend the regulation on procurement or approve a new regulation; application by budgetary, Autonomous and unitary institutions, as well as unitary enterprises of the changes made to the model provision (part 2.2, 2.6 of article 2 of the Federal law of July 18, 2011 № 223-FZ "on procurement of goods, works, services by certain types of legal entities").
An electronic copy of the approved audit plan, as well as changes to it within five working days from the date of their approval will be posted on the official website of the Ministry of Finance of Russia. And it is specified that each object will be checked at least once in three years. And the notification on carrying out check will be sent to the address of its object no later than 10 working days prior to date of the beginning of carrying out control and Supervisory action.
In accordance with the rules of inspection will not last more than 15 calendar days, and will be extended only once for no more than the same period by decision of the Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation or his Deputy. The document will come into force on February 5.
