The government has approved a bill to ban public procurement for companies from offshore

"The bill provides for a ban on the conclusion of the state and municipal contracts with companies located in an offshore jurisdiction," - it is noting in document.

The Government has instructed to introduce a bill to the State Duma in the prescribed manner.
