May 21, 2015  the first day of the National Forum of procurement for state and municipal needs, organized by the State procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan and State unitary enterprise of the Republic of Tatarstan "Procurement development centre of the Republic of Tatarstan."

Ministry of Economic Development approved the order from 31.03.2015 № 189 "About approval of the use of closed negotiation methods of determining the suppliers (contractors, performers) and the procedure for the agreement to enter into a contract with a single supplier (contractor, executor)."
