The state customer has no right to refer in documentation on purchase to invalid or nonexistent GOST
Such opinion in the letter was expressed by the Ministry of Economic Development. Besides, it noted: the customer has the right not to specify in documentation certain GOST at all. But in this case he shall prove need of application of other indicators.
