In autumn new State Duma will consider amendments to the 44-FL

During the autumn session of the State Duma of the Russian Federation plans to consider the complex of amendments to the Federal Law "About  contract system in the sphere of procurement, works and services for state and municipal needs".

 In October, lawmakers will consider changes in the part of participation in the procurement of agricultural producers (Draft Law № 454714-6).

 In November - amendment with regard to establishing requirements for the participants of purchase (Draft Law № 405022-6) and clarify certain provisions of the procurement (Draft Law № 467816-6).

 In December - changes in articles 83 and 93 in part of the purchases from a single supplier (contractor, executor) (Draft Law № 502221-6).

 In addition, the Ministry of Economic Development has also prepared a draft amendment to the Law about the contract system, which provides for the electronic procedure for determining the suppliers (contractors, executor) for state and municipal needs. It is expected that they will come into force from the beginning of 2015.
