Federal employees in Russia will not be able to buy cars manufactured in countries that have introduced sanctions against Russia - the corresponding draft bill is preparing deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on Constitutional Legislation and State Construction Vadim Solovyov of the Communist Party faction.
