Extension of time the seminar for suppliers

The Government of the Russian Federation has supplemented with appropriate notes the appendix to Resolution No. 719 dated 07/17/2015 "On Confirmation of Production of industrial products on the Territory of the Russian Federation.

The specialists of the ministry, in particular, recalled the temporary right of customers provided for in Part 64.1 of Article 112 of Law No. 44-FZ not to establish until December 31, 2024 the requirement to ensure the performance of the contract, guarantee obligations (except if the contract provides for the payment of an advance payment and at the same time calculations in part of the advance are not subject to treasury support). At the same time, the letter emphasizes that if the customer does not establish a requirement to ensure the performance of the contract, anti-dumping measures during the tender and auction provided for in art. 37 of Law No. 44-FZ, do not apply.

Specialists from the office of the Volgograd Regional Duma underwent a three-day training at the Joint-Stock Company "Center for Procurement Development of the Republic of Tatarstan" under the advanced training program, within which a round table on the exchange of experience with representatives of the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on Procurement was held, which allowed participants to see successful practices and innovative approaches to procurement.

Within the framework of the Forum-exhibition "GOSZAKAZ", organized from May 15 to 17 in Moscow, the Association of Organizations and experts in the field of state, municipal and corporate procurement "ROST" awarded the Republic of Tatarstan with a diploma and a statuette of the absolute Leader of the Purchasing Efficiency Index of the regions of the Association «ROST».
