In the public procurement sphere establish the changes in application procedure for agreeing closed methods for determining suppliers (contractors, performers)

Amended provides that an application for coordination to contract with a single supplier (contractor, executor) must be accompanied by certified true copies of the participants applications failed procurement procedures, if these messages sent:

           1) in accordance with paragraph 24 Part 1 of Article 93 Law N 44-FL:

           - If a closed competition, closed competition with limited participation, closed two-stage competition, closed auction declared invalid due to the fact that only one application is filed to participate in a closed competition, closed competition with limited participation, closed two-stage competition

           - If only one application for participation in a closed competition, closed competition with limited participation, closed two-stage competition conforms to the requirements of Law N 44-FL and tender documentation;

         - If the consideration of applications results for participation in the closed auction decided to refuse admission to participate in a closed auction purchases all participants who applied to participate in a closed auction, or recognition of only one party purchases, apply for participation in the auction is closed, his party;

           2) in accordance with paragraph 25 Part 1 of Article 93 Law N 44-FL.
