Proposed to avoid the procurement of persons entered in the register of corrupt officials

Russian Ministry of Labor has prepared draft amendments to the Federal Law of 05.04.2013 N 44-FL. Planned to establish a register of participants in procurement prosecuted under Art. 19.28 of the Administrative Code (illegal award on behalf of the legal entity).
Customers will be able to establish the absence of a requirement in the specified register information, in particular on the participants of procurement and their founders.

he State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan Procurement was awarded the certificate of the Association "ROST" for active work on building a uniform policy regarding the centralization of procurement in the region according to 44-FL and 223-FL.
The customer held an auction for the supply of monitors. Restrictions and conditions of admission were established in the purchase. No registry entries were submitted in any of the applications, so the restrictions were not applied.
