When purchasing construction works of NMTsK will pay off proceeding from budget standards

Counting the initial (maximum) price of the contract (NMTsK) when purchasing construction works, the customer will have to be guided by budget standards. This conclusion can be drawn, having analysed the project of changes of GRK Russian Federation.

It is offered to determine, in particular, the cost of construction of capital construction projects with obligatory application of budget standards. The rule will work, for example, if building is financed with attraction of financial resources of the budgetary system and state corporations.

The customer needs to determine the construction cost when he counts NMTsK on construction of a capital construction project. Now such price is estimated in a design and budget method which provides use of project documentation, techniques and standards of construction works, etc.
