Revenue is more than 5 billion rubles - in EIS it is possible not to place data on purchases to half a million

Under the Law N 223-FL the customer has the right not to place in the unified information system (UIS) information on purchases worth no more than 500 thousand rubles since the moment when its revenue exceeds 5 billion rubles.

We believe, a conclusion of the Ministry of Economic Development concerns whether to place in EIS of the data on such purchases since the beginning of year before submission of reports. For example, in 2016 the customer needs to consider revenue for 2015 which is confirmed with the financial reporting. It is proved by the following. According to the Law N 223-FL the customer can not place in EIS information on purchases worth no more than 100 thousand rubles, and also no more than 500 thousand rubles if revenue for an accounting financial year exceeds 5 billion rubles.
