The customer determines how checking the conformity of the participant purchases a license requirement

As pointed out by experts of department, if the activity which is the object of the purchase is subject to compulsory licensing, the customer, guided by the provisions of Law N 44-FL, I am obliged to establish a party to the purchase requirement to submit with your application a copy of the license to perform these activities.

This requirement is set as a requirement for participants to purchase on the basis of para. 1 h. 1 tbsp. 31 of the Law N 44-FL.Due hours. 8 Art. 31 of the Law N 44-FL on the procurement commission checks compliance with this requirement the participants of procurement.However, methods of testing are not subject to regulation by Law N 44-FL, therefore, according to representatives of the Russian Ministry of Economic Development, the Commission defines these methods on their own.
