The Ministry of Economic Development has specified that it is necessary to include in a purchase order at the only supplier on 223-FZ

Recommendations of department will help the customer to state in the provision on purchase a purchase order at the only supplier, the contractor, the performer.
The Ministry of Economic Development has explained: as purchase at the only supplier it is necessary to fix the sequence of actions of the customer and his contractor at the conclusion of the contract. Among them:
- placement of the notice on purchase (if necessary);
- direction of the draft agreement customer to the contractor;
- terms of signing of the contract by the parties;
- introduction by the customer if it is necessary, the data in the register of contracts;
- cases in which the customer has the right to carry out purchase at the only supplier;
- other actions providing the conclusion of the contract.
According to state agency, the provision on purchase in which the customer has included the provided data corresponds to the Law N 223-FZ.
In October of last year department already "noted" that the customer in the provision on purchase needs to establish a purchase order at the only supplier. At the same time unlike the new letter the ministry didn't specify that the specified order has to include.
