State Order Week in Karelia-2021
From September 21-25, 2021, Karelia hosts the annual event "State Order Week", which is traditionally attended by representatives of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, the Central Office of the FAS, the Federal Treasury, heads of authorized bodies, bodies regulating the contract system from a large number of regions of Russia, as well as leading experts in the field of procurement in Russia and customers. This year, representatives of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan and JSC "Procurement Development Center of the Republic of Tatarstan"are also actively participating in this event.
It is worth answering that similar events that are held annually in Karelia are of great practical importance in terms of forming uniform rules for the application of legislation on the contract system in the field of procurement, allow their participants to ask exciting questions and get answers to them.
So, within the framework of the State Order Week in Karelia – 2021, round-table seminars were organized to discuss the following topical topics:
- amendments to the legislation on the contract system in 2021. Simplification of procurement procedures from the new year and other innovations;
- electronic procedures and conclusion of electronic contracts in the EIS. Innovations of the optimization law and plans for development;
- judicial practice: interesting solutions to emerging problems in the context of constantly changing legislation in the field of procurement;
- features of the justification of the initial (maximum) contract price, the price of the contract concluded with the sole supplier (contractor, contractor) for the provision of security services;
- the application of the national regime in the implementation of procurement and others.
The State Order Week in Karelia-2021 is an opportunity to discuss changes in the legislation on the contract system, to study the practice of applying the current norms, which can be applied in the Republic of Tatarstan in the future, and also to share your opinion on the changes that will come into force on January 1, 2022.
