"Defense" companies can get the right to advantage in the procurement of 44 and 223 Federal Law

Projects concern organizations of the defense industry complex (DIC) from the consolidated register.

With competitive purchases under the 44-Federal Law, customers are required to give an advantage to such organizations in relation to the proposed contract price of up to 15%. If the company wins the purchase, the contract will be based on the price offered by the company taking into account the advantages. In any case, the final price of the contract should not be higher than the initial maximum price of contract, follows from the project.

Privilege concerns products from the list of high-tech products of civil and dual-use. What will be included in it will be determined by the government.

According to the amendments, the organizations of the OPK can get a similar advantage even with purchases under the 223-Federal Law. But in this case, customers will give an advantage only if such a requirement is established by the government.
