The state contract for the management of solid municipal waste can be concluded on a special basis

Since December 31, 2017, such a contract can be concluded from a single supplier under item 8, part 1, Art. 93 of Law N 44-FZ.

Prior to this, customers most often had to sign contracts with a single supplier for up to 100 thousand rubles. Innovation will allow them to save money spent on small purchases.

Recall that under a contract for the provision of services for the management of solid municipal waste, the regional operator undertakes to accept them and ensure the transport, handling, neutralization, disposal of these wastes. The owner of solid municipal waste undertakes to pay for the services of a regional operator. The price is determined within the limits of the uniform tariff for the regional operator's service, approved in the established procedure.

It is proposed to expand the range of persons whose information is subject to inclusion in the RNP under Law No. 44-FZ

A draft federal law has been submitted to the State Duma for consideration, according to which Article 104 of Law No. 44-FZ is proposed to be supplemented with a new Part 2.1, providing for the inclusion in the RNP of information on procurement participants who became winners, as well as on contractors who executed contracts, as a result of providing false information about work experience related to the subject of the contract as part of applications. It is assumed that customers will send an appeal for the inclusion of information about these persons in the RNP within 10 days from the date of identification of the fact that false information was provided as part of the applications.

The President of the Russian Federation signed a Federal law providing for the expansion of the list of organizations specified in paragraph 6 of Part 1 of Article 93 of Law No. 44-FL, with which contracts can be concluded without conducting competitive procedures.
