Want to forbid to buy under the Law N 223-FZ foreign storage devices
The Ministry of industry and trade has prepared amendments to the Resolution on the priority of goods of Russian origin. If the amendments are adopted, customers under the Law N 223-FZ will not be able to purchase foreign storage devices. Preferences for such a purchase will not apply.
The ban will apply to products purchased to ensure the security of the country's critical information infrastructure. It will apply to products that have the code OKPD2 26.20.2-storage devices and other storage devices. The ban will also extend to the works (services) with the use of these devices, carried out (rendered) by foreign persons.
The draft resolution will come into force on January 1, 2020. It is now undergoing public discussion. It will last until November 22, 2019.
