According to the terms of the purchase, the participants had to provide, among other things, a document on the payment of the contract, which was declared to assess the experience. According to the customer, the requirement was established, in particular, to reduce the risks of improper fulfillment of obligations by the counterparty.
A draft federal law has been submitted to the State Duma for consideration, according to which Article 104 of Law No. 44-FZ is proposed to be supplemented with a new Part 2.1, providing for the inclusion in the RNP of information on procurement participants who became winners, as well as on contractors who executed contracts, as a result of providing false information about work experience related to the subject of the contract as part of applications. It is assumed that customers will send an appeal for the inclusion of information about these persons in the RNP within 10 days from the date of identification of the fact that false information was provided as part of the applications.
The President of the Russian Federation signed a Federal law providing for the expansion of the list of organizations specified in paragraph 6 of Part 1 of Article 93 of Law No. 44-FL, with which contracts can be concluded without conducting competitive procedures.
The Agency has made changes to the requirements for the purchase of certain goods, works and services that are purchased by the Federal Penitentiary Service, territorial bodies and institutions subordinate to them.
