Requirements to the procurement procedure established by the territorial subject of the Russian Federation according to item 48 p.1 are approved by Art. 93 of the Law N 44-FL

According to item 48 p.1 of Art. 93 of the Law N 44-FL customers of the territorial subject of the Russian Federation have the right to conduct at the unique supplier procurement of goods which production is created or modernized and mastered in the territory of this territorial subject of the Russian Federation according to the public contract concluded according to Art. 111.4 of the Law N 44-FL.

Based on item 3 of the p. 3 of Art. 111.4 of the Law N 44-FL are approved:

- Requirements to the order of marginal determination of price of a commodity unit established by executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation for the purposes of implementation of purchases according to point 48 of part 1 of article 93 of the Federal law "About Contractual System in the Sphere of Purchases of Goods, Works, Services for Ensuring the State and Municipal Needs" which production is created or modernized and accustoms in the territory of the subject of the Russian Federation according to the public contract concluded with the unique supplier of goods - the legal entity according to article 111.4 of the specified Federal law;

- Requirements to the order of determination of the price of the contract signed with the unique supplier of goods established by executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation for the purposes of implementation of purchases according to point 48 of part 1 of article 93 of the Federal law "About Contractual System in the Sphere of Purchases of Goods, Works, Services for Ensuring the State and Municipal Needs" - the legal entity according to article 111.4 of the specified Federal law.
