The Ministry of Finance suggests to enter in the register of state contracts of the data on agreements of the contractor with small business

Department plans to change Rules of maintaining the register of contracts approved by the Resolution N1084. The project with it amendments underwent public discussion.

On "project" if the contractor of the state contract is obliged to sign contracts with subcontractors, collaborators from among small business entities, socially oriented non-profit organizations, data on such agreements it will be necessary to include in the register of contracts. Now in this register the amount of involvement of specified persons to performance of the state contract is specified.

Let's remind, since January 1 the list of the data included in the register of contracts extended. Now customers shall send information on the size of advance payment when it is provided by the contract to the register.

If to approve the project, since July, 2017 it will be required to enter even more information in the register.

For non-presentation of the documents and data included in the register of contracts the official of the customer "can be fined" 20 thousand rubles.

It is proposed to expand the range of persons whose information is subject to inclusion in the RNP under Law No. 44-FZ

A draft federal law has been submitted to the State Duma for consideration, according to which Article 104 of Law No. 44-FZ is proposed to be supplemented with a new Part 2.1, providing for the inclusion in the RNP of information on procurement participants who became winners, as well as on contractors who executed contracts, as a result of providing false information about work experience related to the subject of the contract as part of applications. It is assumed that customers will send an appeal for the inclusion of information about these persons in the RNP within 10 days from the date of identification of the fact that false information was provided as part of the applications.

The President of the Russian Federation signed a Federal law providing for the expansion of the list of organizations specified in paragraph 6 of Part 1 of Article 93 of Law No. 44-FL, with which contracts can be concluded without conducting competitive procedures.
