The meeting of Public council in case of the State committee of RT on purchases took place

On March 9, 2017 the meeting of Public council first in the current year in case of the State committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on purchases took place.

During the meeting theses of a final meeting of board of the State committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on purchases, results of work of Federal antimonopoly service of Russia on generalization of the best the practician of regions and local government bodies are considered.

 Members of Public council recognized by what criteria monitoring of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state needs in the Republic of Tatarstan is carried out.

The question of the organization and carrying out in 2017 of the round table devoted to increase in activity of participation of subjects of a small and average entrepreneurship, republican producers in purchases for ensuring the state and municipal needs in the Republic of Tatarstan is discussed.

Besides, the most often found violations of requirements No. 44-FZ from the state and municipal customers are considered; the changes of the legislation in the sphere of purchases of goods, works, services which came into force in 2017.
