Since April 26 in the sphere of purchases only the Treasury is engaged in a unified information system

The government has approved the Resolution N 442 in which the Treasury is specified as the only authority responsible for work of EIS.
New powers for department will become development in coordination with the Ministry of Finance of functional requirements to EIS and maintaining system regarding support of its users. These functions pass to state agency from the Ministry of Economic Development.
The treasury will be still obliged:
- to create, develop, to conduct and serve EIS;
- to establish an order of registration in EIS and an order of use of system.
We believe, innovations will promote steadier work of EIS.

On May 26, Article 6-1-1 of the Federal Law "On State Defense Orders" will come into force. It provides for the creation of a federal product cataloging system for federal needs (hereinafter referred to as the federal cataloging system), designed to provide information to government customers, lead performers and performers regarding technical and qualitative characteristics, operating conditions of supplies, their developers, manufacturers and suppliers during the formation, placement and execution of state defense orders.

It is proposed to expand the range of persons whose information is subject to inclusion in the RNP under Law No. 44-FZ

A draft federal law has been submitted to the State Duma for consideration, according to which Article 104 of Law No. 44-FZ is proposed to be supplemented with a new Part 2.1, providing for the inclusion in the RNP of information on procurement participants who became winners, as well as on contractors who executed contracts, as a result of providing false information about work experience related to the subject of the contract as part of applications. It is assumed that customers will send an appeal for the inclusion of information about these persons in the RNP within 10 days from the date of identification of the fact that false information was provided as part of the applications.
